This afternoon we found out about plants you can eat. We talked about plants we like eating and looked at which parts of plants we can usually eat. We tried a few different plants too. Some of them had very unusual flavours!

Sports Week News - Dodgeball

Yesterday morning we played dodgeball on the field. Once we all understood the rules we got started. Every team played a short match against one another.

Golf

Sports Week got off to an exciting start in Year One yesterday when we went out onto the field to try a game of golf. It was quite hard but we all really enjoyed it.

Thanks, Ben, for getting everything set up for us and showing us what to do. It was a lot of fun!

Gardening Maths

Mrs Murphy's maths group worked out in the sunshine yesterday, counting different types of plants and their leaves. Looks like they had fun, doesn't it.
