We can count groups

In this week's Maths lessons we've been learning to count groups of the same number. For your homework, you should have a go at doing some more grouping. Try to find interesting things to group - pairs of socks, pieces of fruit or vegetables, some of your toys perhaps - and draw a circle around each group on a piece of paper to help you, just like these two clever mathematicians have done!

If you manage to publish your work on the blog I will find a special Maths reward for you in class next week. Remember: if you choose to be in the photo yourself, do NOT put your NAME next to it.

I'm really looking forward to seeing your Maths blogging skills, and I bet your mums, dads, grannies and grandads will be really impressed, too.

Have a great bank holiday weekend!

Mr Ellis
