We can use adjectives

This week we've been thinking about story settings in our English lessons, and trying to use adjectives to describe what we might be able to see, hear, smell or feel in different places.

We're going to be writing stories set at the seaside next week, so we needed to think about the things we might find if we went there. Mr Ellis asked some of us to wear a blindfold and describe some different seaside things. We weren't allowed to guess what they were, just describe them using interesting adjectives.

While we described the things - some smooth stones, cold ice cream, an ice lolly, water (the sea), and sand - other children wrote down their words on whiteboards.

Which of our adjectives do you think are the most interesting?
